Structure And Functions of Supporting Subsystems in Management of Project-Oriented Businesses of Companies

Анотація

The impact of the global crisis related to the pandemic on the development of product management methodology is shown. The analysis of modern methodological project management is performed and the incompleteness of these methodologies from the standpoint of development of existing project management subsystems is shown. In particular, the provision projects by information, material resources, finance, administrative procedures, methods, templates, standards. From the analysis the conclusion was made about necessity of the review in methodology of project management tool of management support, such as means of resources purchasing and delivery according to the project plan, budgeting, communication management with external subjects of management, management of operational activity, implementation of administrative procedures, training and use of management methods. From this the task and the purpose of the study were formulated, which is consist of creation the structure and functionality of the supporting subsystem of project-oriented business companies. The control functions that these subsystems must perform are given. The structure of the subsystem is presented and the templates for the implementation of the main processes of management of projection-oriented business companies are developed.
