Анотація
Надання наукового висновку полягає у здійсненні доктринального тлумачення положень чинного законодавства України, міжнародно-правових актів і договорів, внутрішніх документів Інтерполу та Генеральної асамблеї Інтерполу, які регламентують процедуру оголошення особи в міжнародний розшук, а також правозастосовної практики й відповідно надання обґрунтованої відповіді на поставлене запитання для належного правозастосування.
