Анотація

This article presents a comprehensive study of the theoretical and practical foundations of management and the development of an organisational and economic mechanism for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The relevance of the topic stems from the extensive damage to the national economy, infrastructure and social sphere, which necessitates the implementation of effective management approaches and the latest public policy instruments. The essence of post-war management is analysed as a specific type of managerial activity aimed at restoring economic potential, stabilising socio-economic processes and ensuring the long- term development of the state. The key components of the organisational and economic mechanism are identified, including state regulation, financial and investment instruments, institutional support, public-private partnership mechanisms, and international technical assistance. It is demonstrated that institutional reforms, human capital development, the digitalisation of governance, and the attraction of foreign investment play a decisive role in the reconstruction process. As a result of the study, practical recommendations have been formulated regarding the improvement of reconstruction management, increasing the efficiency of resource use, and ensuring coordination between state bodies, business and international partners.
