Reverse Strategic Resilience in a Polycrisis Environment and the Concept Model "STRATEGY 6T"

Анотація

The article substantiates the concept of reverse strategic resilience of enterprises in a polycrisis environment and develops the "Strategy 6T" concept-model based on an ecosystem approach. It is proven that the combination of security, economic, and institutional challenges limits traditional management models focused on internal stability. The key problem is the absence of an integrated approach that considers bidirectional interaction between the enterprise and the urban ecosystem. An original interpretation of reverse resilience is proposed as the enterprise's ability not only to adapt to crises but also to act as a stability donor for the territorial environment through reverse resource exchange. A resilience architecture is developed with cognitive, resource, and operational blocks ensuring proactive adaptation and transformation. Strategic principles are formed: flexibility, proactivity, strategic humanism, and imbalance. A two-level "enterprise-city" model is substantiated using the "Odesa 5T" ecosystem example, which synchronizes resource flows and aligns business and community interests, transforming resilience into a network advantage of the ecosystem.
