Mechanism of private funding of higher education in OECD countries and Ukraine
Анотація
The mechanisms of higher education funding in the OECD countries and in Ukraine is considered in the paper. An analysis of the sources of higher education funding was carried out and separate indicators of higher education funding in OECD countries were considered. The mechanism of financial support for obtaining highereducation in countries, where public and private higher education funding prevails, is characterized. The peculiarities of higher education funding in Ukraine at the expense of private sources and the experience of using state loans are analyzed.
