FORECAST OF THE IMPACT OF IT INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT ON THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Анотація

The article explores the strategic role of the IT sector as a foundation for post-war recovery and structural modernization of Ukraine's economy. Based on scenario modeling until 2030, the transition of the industry from a service-oriented model to a high-tech product segment is substantiated, particularly through the development of DefenceTech and the Diia.City ecosystem. The study reveals the multiplier effects of digitalization on public administration and the social sphere, specifically in ensuring workforce sovereignty and reconstruction transparency via the DREAM platform. Forecast indicators for the industry's growth are formulated according to various development scenarios.
