The article discusses the features of international investment activities in the context ofthe the digital economy formation. The role of migration of investmentflows in the functioning ofthe modern capital market is determined. The role of TNCs in the processes of digitalization of the economy is characterized. The dynamics of investments in advanced high-tech industries is analyzed. The current problems and patterns of mov of te ment of direct and portfolio investment are. Highlighted. The trends and forecasts of the development chnological branches of economic activity as a factor of capital movement are revealed.
