CONVERGENCE OF STRATEGIES OF INNOVATION, INVESTMENT AND INFORMATION DEVELOPMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF DIGITAL PROTECTION OF THE INTERESTS OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Анотація

The article examines the features of the convergence of strategies for innovation, investment and information development in the context of the digital transformation of the national economy. It is substantiated that the integration of innovative solutions, investment resources and modern information technologies creates the basis for effective digital protection of the economic interests of the state. The key risks of the digital economy are identified – cyber threats, technological, economic, social, regulatory and geopolitical factors – and their impact on innovation and investment processes is shown. Based on the analysis of digital protection tools (block chain, smart contracts, digital twins, artificial intelligence, multi-level authentication, cyber monitoring), their importance for increasing the transparency of financial transactions, reducing the risks of fraud and ensuring investor confidence is substantiated. A structured approach to creating a single digital platform that combines strategic planning, analytics, protection of economic interests and collective decision-making is proposed. It is shown that the implementation of integrated mechanisms provides a synergistic effect for the state, business and society: strengthening cyber protection of critical infrastructure, increasing trust in the business environment, increasing investment attractiveness and socio-economic stability. It is concluded that the convergence of strategies for innovation, investment and information development forms an effective system of digital protection of the national economy and creates the prerequisites for the sustainable development of Ukraine in the global digital environment.
