Navigating the Nexus of Digital Trade and Climate Change: Strategic AI Applications Through Game Theory
Анотація
This study applies game-theoretic framework analyzing strategic interactions among governments, firms, and consumers across digital trade, artificial intelligence, and climate change through scenario-based simulations—high technological adoption, consumer-driven markets, decentralized digital ecosystems—demonstrating how stakeholder utility preferences and institutional asymmetries shape policy effectiveness, investment incentives, system stability. Employing Nash equilibrium analysis and cooperative game models, research reveals AI-driven sustainability transitions require adaptive policy instruments and structural coordination across regulatory and market institutions. Simulation outcomes underscore divergent preference weighting implications: consumer-led dynamics enhance environmental responsiveness but induce systemic volatility without stabilizing policy frameworks, while technology-led or collaborative innovation regimes exhibit stable equilibria with varying regulatory involvement needs. Findings integrate behavioral heterogeneity, dynamic adaptation, digital infrastructure dependencies into unified strategic model, offering actionable recommendations including incentive-compatible regulation, trust-centered digital governance, scenario-calibrated investment strategies, supporting sustainable digital trade aligned with global climate objectives.
