THE PERSONNEL STRUCTURE FOR PUBLIC MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE'S INFORMATION SPACE
Анотація
The section is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to the essential definition of the information space of Ukraine and the competence of public servants as the main component of the personnel mechanism of public management of its development of the information space. Its name is specified as the information-communicative-digital space. Its author's definition is proposed as a set of three interrelated and interconnected fields: information, personnel, and digital. The main mechanisms of public management of the development of the information space are substantiated: regulatory, personnel, social and communicative, information and communication. Information and communication and digital competencies of public servants are characterized as the basis of the personnel mechanism of public management of the development of the information space.
