Open Banking as a postwar driver of the development of national financial ecosystems and industrial business models: project cases of cooperation between Ukraine and Poland
Анотація
The study is devoted to the analysis of the innovative technology Open Banking to ensure sustainable post-war development of the Ukrainian economy. The concept of Open Banking is considered in correlation with the theory of economic schools, the legal basis (European and Ukrainian) for the implementation of Open Banking in the practice of the modern banking digital market is presented. The experience of European countries in implementing Open Banking technology for the development of national financial ecosystems is presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the technology are substantiated. The idea of "economic engineering" for implementation in industrial business models is highlighted, the applied role of Open Banking technology used in "economic engineering" mechanisms is outlined. The progress of the implementation of Open Banking technology in the banking and industrial sector of Poland is comprehensively analyzed. The possibilities of using Open Banking technology for the participation of Polish banks and enterprises to participate in joint project cases for the post-war restoration of the Ukrainian economy are investigated. The possibility of implementing the experience of the eastern regions of Poland and their regional support programs, which they receive from external sources, as applied cases of cooperation with Ukraine is proposed. The mutual interest and effectiveness of using innovative banking technologies for the organization of complex technological innovation hubs (EU-Poland-Ukraine) are substantiated. The subject of development in such hubs may be proposals of Ukrainian scientists, scholars, practitioners, businessmen regarding clean technologies, nano-tech, bio-tech, new materials, robotics, as well as IT and software applications in the industry, provided with funds from European structural funds, or interested foreign, including Polish, investors.
