Formalized Management of Changes at the Enterprise by Means of Fuzzy Logic
Анотація
The article presents a significantly updated approach to change management at enterprises. A rational methodological and analytical apparatus for implementing changes and the enterprise, which integrates a system of updated indicators, is proposed. Formalization of the change implementation project at the enterprise and steps to overcome resistance to changes is provided through the use of Matlab Toolbox Fuzzy logic. Determining formalized indicators of the implementation of changes at the enterprise are defined as “transformational capacity of the enterprise” and “expected as a result of the implementation of changes, the initial value of the enterprise's property”.
