APPROACHES TO EVALUATION OF COMPARATIVE ECONOMIC EFFECTIVENESS OF ALTERNATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF CONSTRUCTION OF MODULE BUILDINGS
Анотація
Actuality. Achieving the set goals and tasks of the state program “Providing citizens of Russia with available and comfortable housing and public utilities”, as well the national project “Housing and urban environment” requires expanding implementation of modern innovative technologies, including module construction. The actual task is grounding comparative economic effectiveness of alternative variants of technologies of module construction.The goal of the research is to elaborate the approach to evaluation of comparative economic effectiveness of alternative technologies of construction of module buildings (“prefabs”, modules, “transformers”).Methods of the research. The following methods are used in the article: systematization of components of evaluation of comparative economic effectiveness for alternative variants of technologies of module construction, their comparison according to the systematized components, qualitative analysis of influence of the key building parameters on them.Results of the research. The complex approach for evaluation of comparative economic effectiveness of alternative technologies of construction of module buildings (“prefabs”, modules, “transformers”) is elaborated.Scientific novelty. The formula of evaluation of comparative economic effectiveness of alternative technologies of construction of module buildings (“prefabs”, modules, “transformers”) is proposed.
