THE CONCEPT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION IN A PANDEMIC AND ECONOMIC CRISIS

Анотація

In the article discussed the question of prospects of development of building industry in the conditions of modern calls of pandemic, economic crisis and expected cataclysms. Perspective of building of autonomous houses which unite in itself all systems necessary for providing of man in the conditions of natural calamity and pandemic is considered. Examples of achievement of power noninteraction and self-sufficiency are made for the permanent functioning of households in a protracted period of self-isolation. During the forced isolation the requirements of people will change to the design and filling of accommodation. Main conception of effective economy of energy will become for the achievement of complete autonomization of house. The lodgers of such houses will be able to get all energy for vital functions from alternative sources: fire, earth, water, wind and sun. It is needed to do so that modern «smart technologies» allowed to the autonomous houses economy to use surplus of water, current, heat and gas. It can be attained at correct combination of modern technologies, materials and designer decisions, that will become the main sign of successful and fully autonomous house. Efficiency of the use of modern tendency is considered in building - «Eco -design» which is distinguished to the uses of technologies, allowing to decrease influence on an environment. Architectural decisions with the use of «Eco - design» will allow to households to attain maximal efficiency in the use of natural resources: wind, water, sunlight and any other accessible resources. Such type of design uses a vegetation as additional instrument of noninteraction often, allowing to do a house yet independence from outsourcing. Harmonious combination of optimal form, materials, technologies, locations (in relation to a sun, water resources, wind, relief et cetera) will become the effective design of autonomous house. The Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine will have to revise the norms in construction and approaches to architectural design and infrastructure in general. All this will require the of institutions formation of interaction of innovative enterprises with local authorities for the implementation of first pilot and then large-scale projects, development of financial institutions that will accumulate investment in construction, attract scientists and technicians to the design of life support systems for settlements and individual buildings.
