Features of security basis the management at material and technical support of medical institutions

Анотація

This paper examines the conceptual basis of logistics principles and presents the importance of technical support in medical institutions. It is noted that the organization of management of material and technical support a medical institutions should take into account the main functions: conducting marketing research; determining demand; analyzing the efficiency of resource use; organizing transportation and warehousing; organizing supply; organizing the disposal and sale of production waste; optimizing production materials and technical support. This made it possible to identify the main tasks of planning the material and technical support of a medical institutions. It was established that the main component of activities at medical institutions is ensuring an adequate level of economic security with the following goals in terms of forming methods for determining the priority interests of medical institutions; mechanisms for forecasting and identifying threats; systems for addressing existing and future threats; mechanisms of interaction between various subsystems the security of the subject at medical institutions. Based on which a practical mechanism of system for ensuring the security of subjects at medical institutions is proposed with the presentation of corresponding algorithm. This work presents a comprehensive methodology for building a system for ensuring the security of subjects at medical institutions and substantiates the main factors for increasing the effectiveness of use material resources. In addition the economic benefits of using methods for managing the medical institutions are noted.
