Анотація
Introdaction. Creativity is a purposeful intellectual activity of a person, the result of which is something qualitatively new, which is unique, original, and unique. The higher the intellectual potential of an individual, the more valuable the results of his creative activity - intellectual property. National law distinguishes two types of creativity – spiritual creativity and scientific and technical creativity [1].
