MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF A PORTFOLIO OF SCIENTIFIC PROJECTS IN INTEGRATED BUSINESS STRUCTURES OF CLUSTER TYPE
Анотація
The article substantiates the mechanism of management of a portfolio of scientific projects in integrated business structures of cluster type. The specifics of such structures as open innovation systems with multi-stakeholder interaction are determined. A structural and functional model of the management mechanism is proposed, which includes institutional, organizational, informationanalytical and economic blocks. A toolkit for assessing the effectiveness of the portfolio is developed, taking into account synergistic effects, innovation returns and risks. It is proven that the implementation of a comprehensive mechanism ensures an increase in the effectiveness of scientific research and its commercialization.
