COMPETITION REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT IN SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROCUREMENT UNDER THE REGIONAL TRADE AGREEMENTS
Анотація
The Paper is devoted to regulatory environment in several rages of eco- nomic activities (providing of services and public procurement). The aim of the Author is analytical study of relevant sectoral rules regarding competition, and search for the best practical model of convergence of competition rules and regulations governing relevant legal relations. The Author noted a link manifest between WTO Law and rules under the regional trade agreements in named economic rages. It is also noted the prevalence trend of pragmatic regulation of competition in specific (sectoral) rages.
