ENSURING THE STATE AUDIT EFFECTIVENESS (WATER UTILITY ENTERPRISES CASE STUDY)

Анотація

Держава та регіониagainst harmful effects of water and development of water enterprizes.The data are taken for the period 2015-2017 under the following budget programs: "Operation of the state water utility enterprises and water resources management", "Protection rural settlements and agricultural lands, including in the Tysa basin in the Transcarpathian region against harmful effects of waters", "Development and improvement of the ecological state of irrigated and drained systems", "Reconstruction of hydraulic structures of protective arrays of Dnipro reservoirs".The conclusions suggested, among others, that the Accounting Chamber should establish a procedure for monitoring the implementation of its recommendations, which involves the collection, analysis and publication of data on the implementation of the recommendations.
