SME Lending Mechanism under the State Program “Available Loans”
Анотація
With the beginning of a full-scale war in Ukraine, small and mediumsized businesses suffered significant losses, which in some cases led to a decrease in their liquidity indicators, and in others they were forced to stop their activities and declare themselves bankrupt. The mechanism of lending under the state program "Affordable loans" enables enterprises that maintain their positions in the market to preserve the dynamics of their development and continue to work in a difficult period. In the work, a detailed analysis of banking institutions that use this program was carried out, and it was also analyzed which banking institution has advantages in terms of a certain business.
