Theoretical basis of formation of logistic chains of regional commodity markets

Topicality. Clarification of the modern nature of the functioning of regional commodity markets on the basis of the formation of logistics chains is an extremely important task of research commodity markets. In this connection, the theoretical substantiation of the bases of formation of logistic chains of regional commodity markets on the basis of self-development of regions and their interregional cooperation should be especially significant. In order to increase the efficiency of the operation of regional commodity markets, special attention must be paid to the formation of logistical chains between them. But this needs to be done in a new way, taking into account modern approaches to the management of regional economic systems on the principles of logistics. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to determine the theoretical foundations for the formation of logistic chains of regional commodity markets. Results. In the article the concept-categorical apparatus of the theory of market logistics is developed on the basis of the content analysis of the category "Logistics chain". Two working hypotheses are developed for the formation of logistic chains of regional commodity markets and the assumptions are given to them. The preconditions of formation of logistic chains of regional commodity markets on the basis of system-complex approach are determined. The character of logistic connections according to 14 approaches and three types of relations between the participants according to explicative, descriptive and prescriptive theories of economic thought are determined. Conclusions. Thus, the article defines the preconditions for the formation of logistic chains of regional commodity markets on the basis of the system-complex approach, which allowed to identify the preconditions for strengthening the role of logistics in self-development of regions, resource and food regional provision, solving the problems of their ineffective functioning.
