INNOVATIVENESS AND FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE STRATEGY OF ENTERPRISES

Анотація

The article is devoted to current issues of the current state of innovative activity, innovative activity, innovative development, as well as the process of forming the innovative strategy of domestic enterprises in the context of the strategic management process.The article summarizes the nature, content, role, as well as the importance of the innovative orientation of enterprise development.The general aspects of the innovative development of enterprises and the formation of an innovative strategy based on modern theoretical and methodological approaches to the process of strategic management of enterprises are considered.The article presents and analyzes in dynamics the main indicators of innovative activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine for the period 2014-2018.In the course of the study, an assessment was made of the level of innovative activity and innovative activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine with respect to the generally accepted limit indicator of the share of innovatively active enterprises in the total number of operating enterprises.The statistical indicators of the costs of financing innovative activities in certain areas of expenditures of domestic enterprises for the period 2016-2018 are analyzed.The current trends and features of the costs of financing innovative activities of enterprises of Ukraine are revealed.The structure of expenses for innovations in the areas of innovation activity of domestic enterprises is determined.The main problems and further prospects of investing in innovative development of enterprises and innovative economic development of the country as a whole from the point of view of attracting funds of various investors are outlined.As a result of the research, the author presented, substantiated recommendations, and formulated conclusions on the formation of the general innovative strategy of the enterprise in the context of strategic management, which determine the need for the formation of this type of strategy to ensure innovative development, competitiveness, and maintain a positive image of enterprises.
