Roman Batsai

Анотація

The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of the economic sustainability of agricultural enterprises in conditions of multidimensional uncertainty caused by a combination of military, logistical, price, climatic and institutional risks. The content of the category “economic sustainability of an agricultural enterprise” is specified as the integral ability of an agricultural entity to ensure continuous reproduction of resource-production, financial, market and managerial potential, maintain an acceptable level of performance and solvency, adapt and recover after shocks, and use crisis changes as a source of strategic advantages. A structural model of economic sustainability is proposed, combining resource-production, financial-investment, market-logistic, institutional-legal, organizational-management and socio-ecological components, for which the content characteristics and indicative groups of indicators are outlined. A typology of economic sustainability has been developed and its significance for the formation of development strategies for agricultural enterprises in wartime conditions has been demonstrated. An algorithm for diagnosing economic sustainability has been substantiated, which involves identifying the enterprise profile and uncertainty vectors, forming a system of indicators and threshold values, calculating partial indices for key blocks and an integral indicator of sustainability, typology of enterprises and identifying “bottlenecks”. A generalized multi-circuit mechanism for strengthening the economic sustainability of agricultural enterprises has been proposed, which integrates financial, production-technological, market-logistic, institutionalcluster and personnel-management circuits and is focused on combining diagnostics with strategic and anti-crisis management. The scientific novelty lies in the combination of the concept of resilience with a system-adaptive vision of the development of agricultural enterprises, and the practical significance lies in the possibility of using the proposed tools in strategic planning and post-war reconstruction programs.
