THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL RESEARCH OF INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS OF TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION OF THE ECONOMY IN THE CONTEXT OF REGIONAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT

Анотація

Based on the conceptual provisions, the theoretical and methodological provisions of the institutional basis of the territorial organization of the economy were specified, its basic components were substantiated and the specific features of the transformation as a result of the influence of economic, social, legal and environmental factors were determined. The role of the institutional environment in the formation of an effective system of regional development was analyzed, key patterns, principles and problems of the functioning of institutions were identified, and directions for the modernization of the mechanisms of their interaction were outlined. It was substantiated that it is impossible to modernize the institutional basis of the territorial organization of the economy without changing the basic principles of its functioning, which is objectively necessary, taking into account the permanent changes in the external environment in which social systems develop. Special attention was paid to the analysis of the range of problems that arise in the process of ensuring the coherence of the institutional environment of regional development.
