The Theoretical and Methodological Backgrounds for and the Development of a Conceptual Model for Managing Stakeholder Interaction
Анотація
The aim of the article is the justification of the theoretical and methodological backgrounds for and the development of a conceptual model for managing stakeholder interaction. It is determined that, in Ukraine, the use of a modern conceptual model for managing stakeholder interaction requires unifying approaches to the implementation of the stakeholder theory into national management practice. It is found out that more than 60 % of scientists use the term "stakeholder" without reference to a specific version of the stakeholder theory.
