Agile management in the system of modern approaches to project management

The article examines Agile management as a component of the modern project management system under conditions of digitalization, globalization and high turbulence in the external environment. The relevance of the transition from traditional, strictly regulated management models to flexible approaches focused on adaptability, rapid response to change, customer orientation and continuous improvement is substantiated. The purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive analysis of Agile management and to determine the specific features of its implementation in the activities of modern organizations. The methodological basis of the study includes methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, a systems approach, generalization, empirical analysis and graphical visualization. The essence of Agile management is revealed, and its key principles are characterized, including iteration, team self-organization, active interaction with the customer, flexible planning and continuous improvement. The main Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Extreme Programming, are analyzed, and their advantages and limitations are identified. It is proved that the implementation of Agile contributes to increasing the efficiency of business processes, reducing project implementation time, improving product quality, and developing the innovativeness and competitiveness of organizations. Particular attention is paid to the barriers to Agile implementation and the need to form an appropriate corporate culture.
