STATE BODIES OF THE MIGRATION SERVICE OF UKRAINE (2000-2010): HISTORICAL ASPECT OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Анотація
The article highlights and analyzes the historical aspect of the formation and development of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in 2000-2010. For the first time, the author comprehensively analyzes and reveals the essence of problematic issues in their formation, departmental subordination, and distribution of powers in their activities. The author traces changes in functional powers, identifies priority tasks and problems in the formation and implementation of national policy in the field of migration.
