In this article the SWOT-analysis as one of the universal and complex methods of strategic analysis is investigated.It allows you to formulate a list of strategic actions aimed at strengthening the competitive position of the enterprise and its development.SWOT-analysis is a generalized assessment for understanding the environment and the effective management of the enterprise in it is determined.This model of matrix analysis helps managers to establish chains of relations between the external and internal environment of the enterprise are proved.The main priority directions of development of "SLOBODA KO Ltd" are formulated and the main strategies for its development are defined.
