ASSESSMENT OF COMPETITIVENESS INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Анотація

The article is devoted to the topical issues of determining the essence of the competitiveness of industrial enterprises and improving the methodology of its assessment. The concept of competitiveness of enterprises was highlighted. A proper definition was proposed. The main methodical approaches to assessing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises were given and characterized. The advantages and disadvantages of each of them have been described. The method of point assessment of the competitiveness of enterprises was improved taking into account the peculiarities of enterprises of the pipe industry. The use of indicators that allow a comprehensive assessment of the competitive position, competitiveness of products and competitive sustainability of an industrial enterprise was proposed. The competitive position of the enterprise is proposed to be evaluated using the following indicators: market share, cost and profit level, market reputation, number of consumers and innovative advantages. The competitiveness of the company's products is proposed to be assessed using the following indicators: price, product quality, delivery timeliness, maintenance and product range. To assess competitive stability, it is suggested to use the indicators: coefficient of production potential, profitability of production, coefficient of the ratio of management costs and growth rates of production volumes, coefficient of autonomy, coefficient of maneuverability of own capital, profitability of sales, coefficient of personnel stability. The weighting factors were determined by the expert method. To conduct a survey of experts, a questionnaire was developed, which included issues of assessing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise in the following areas: management, production, marketing, personnel, goods, finance. The evaluation of the competitiveness of the industrial enterprise PJSC "INTERPIPE NTZ" was performed according to the proposed methodology. The overall ratings of PJSC "INTERPIPE NTZ" in areas that characterize the competitiveness of the enterprise are higher than average, therefore the level of competitiveness of the enterprise should be recognized as high.
