SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ORGANIZATIONS AND DIGITAL TWINS

Анотація

The work states that sustainable development usually means a balance between economic, ecological and social development, economic growth without harming the environment, consumer satisfaction with products and the creation of appropriate working conditions for employees in the organization, which contributes to solving social problems. The study of the content of "sustainable development" substantiated the definition of the role of the technology of digital doubles in terms of ensuring the sustainable development of the organization, taking into account the changes in the business environment. It is stated in the paper that the technologies of digital doubles allow to model the product (product) as a whole, in different conditions and contexts and according to its life cycle. As a result, the stages of the life cycle of the product (product) when using digital doubles (design, production, operation and disposal) were investigated. The study of the technology of digital doubles in organizations made it possible to determine and systematize the advantages of their use (operational assessment of risks and production time, intelligent service, remote monitoring of the business process in real time, improvement of the interaction of employees in the middle of the organization, improvement of the process of making and adopting financial decisions) and types (digital duplicates-prototypes, digital duplicates-copies, aggregated duplicates). The use of the technology of digital doubles in the organization contributes to the emergence of problems that research and work. In the work of the authors, it is determined that a digital double is a digital technology that allows modeling a product, service, product or system and makes it possible to create, produce, decommission this system and represents a physical object for the purpose of understanding the state of the asset, responding to changes , optimization of business processes and value formation. At the same time, the properties of the technology of digital doubles that meet the criteria of sustainable development of the organization have been determined.
