MECHANISM OF FINANCIAL ALIGNMENT IN UKRAINE AND ITS IMPROVEMENT
Анотація
In this article the essence and general concept of the mechanism of financial equalization in Ukraine were considered. The main features of the vertical and horizontal budget alignment are indicated. It is shown how the need to equalize budget revenues is determined by the taxability index. The data on intergovernmental transfers received from the state budget to local budgets for 2014-2016 is given. Attention is also paid to approaches to improving inter-budgetary relations and financial equalization of territories.
