SOURCES OF FINANCING OF INNOVATIVE BUSINESS IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Анотація

The research is devoted to the study of possible sources of financing of innovative business in Ukraine, taking into account foreign experience.The nature and characteristics of innovation business as a combination of technological, scientific, financial and commercial actions directed on commercialization of acquired knowledge and skills, acquired equipment and technologies are determined.It is indicated that at different stages of development of innovative business («sowing», startup, early growth, expansion) there are features of marketing, organizational, management, financial support.Sources of financing of innovative business in Ukraine today are the state budget funds, local budgets, funds of specialized state and municipal innovative financial and credit institutions, own or borrowed funds of innovation entities, funds (investments) of any individuals or legal entities.The establishment of the State Innovative Financial and Credit Institution (SIFC), the founder of which is the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, is positive for the Ukrainian economy.The activity of this institution is aimed at attracting external and internal innovative and investment credit resources to finance domestic projects.One of the main investment tools used by SIFC is a consortium investment, which is a way to raise capital by creating joint ventures (companies) in the form of strategic alliances, consortia, cartels, syndicates, associations and the like.Consortium lending clearly shows the role of the state in the implementation of innovative projects.Assessment of the state of financing of innovative business in Ukraine showed that the largest share in the total amount have their own funds
