Formation of state educational policy on the transformation of vocational training and professional activity of women in Ukraine in the conditions of war and the post-war period

Анотація

The article examines the foundations of the formation of state educational policy on the transformation of professional training and professional activity of women in Ukraine in the war and post-war period and proposes appropriate mechanisms for its implementation. Priority areas of regulation of the labor market and employment of women, their professional training and professional activity in the war and post-war period are identified. The need to develop a mechanism for improving the labor market and employment of the female population in Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and in the post-war period at the national, regional and local levels is emphasized. In this regard, special attention deserves the coordination and implementation of strategic decisions that can ensure the regulation of the labor market and employment of the population as a whole, improving the quality of labor potential, as well as expanding the segments of innovative employment and ensuring the balance of the labor market and educational services, taking into account the significant number of women who become the main breadwinners of families, integrate into new professional areas or return to work after a break caused by the war. The focus is on the conceptual foundations of the modernization of professional training and professional activity of women in Ukraine, the organization of the activities of career guidance services and professional career centers, the prevention of mass unemployment and labor migration. The main areas of professional training and professional activity of women in Ukraine and the main priority tasks of educational institutions and organizations at the current stage of reforming professional education and training in Ukraine are identified. The European experience and the possibilities of its adaptation in Ukrainian realities are analyzed.
