EFFICIENCY OF TECHNOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT IN INNOVATION CLUSTERS BY COMPONENTS: EDUCATION, PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT AND LOGISTICS
Анотація
The article is devoted to the method of evaluating the effectiveness of technological management in innovation clusters by components: education, personnel and logistics. Attention is focused on the need to activate cluster development in the context of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, because it is innovative clusters that have the ability to accumulate the necessary amount of financial resources, as well as to form the necessary labor potential, which significantly increases the effectiveness of innovative activities. It was determined that in order to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the technological potential, it is appropriate to monitor the integral coefficient and partial coefficients that characterize the implementation of the technological potential within the innovation cluster and its individual components. The methodology for calculating such a coefficient is proposed and tested within the innovation cluster.
