Management of Competitiveness of Entrepreneurial Structures in the Context of Economic Transformation in Ukraine: Challenges of Today and Strategic Aspects

Анотація

The article examines the concept of "entrepreneurial structure", analyzes various approaches and provides the author's own interpretation of it. The challenges affecting the competitive development of entrepreneurial structures are considered, the understanding and consideration of which will allow business entities to adapt and develop more effectively in the current transformational conditions. It is noted that the process of competitiveness management must be considered comprehensively in terms of gaining competitive advantages and potential, and the formation of competitive strategies that determine the competitive position and status of an entrepreneurial entity in the market. The article highlights the profile of an effective business structure that ensures its strategic development. The author proposes an algorithm of actions for managing the competitiveness of an entrepreneurial structure, which allows to make managerial decisions in stages in order to achieve effective results in the context of transformation of the Ukrainian economy.
