The article analyzes the volume of tasks that companies will have to perform during a pandemic in Web 3.0. Trends of business development in the conditions of digitalization and pandemic are revealed. Features and the most effective ways to restore sustainable development of the country and enterprises are analyzed. The basic principles and factors of the most effective government in the current conditions are revealed.
