Methodology for calculating the results of the assessment of the quality of performance of the work functions of the military accounting inspector of the enterprise

Анотація

An analysis of scientific research on the quantitative assessment of personnel, in particular the assessment of the qualifications of military accounting inspectors, was conducted, the results of which established that an unresolved part of the general problem of assessing the qualifications of military accounting inspectors is the development of a methodology for calculating the results of assessing the quality of performance of labor functions by an enterprise’s military accounting inspector. A methodology for calculating the results of assessing labor performance quality by an enterprise’s military accounting inspector, along with a corresponding algorithm and a computer program, was developed. A practical application of the developed methodology and algorithm was carried out using a computer program. Based on the test output data, the quality of labor performance was assessed by an enterprise’s military accounting inspector. The proposed methodology, algorithm, and computer program can be used by enterprises, institutions, and organizations across various sectors of Ukraine’s national economy to calculate the results of assessing the quality of labor performance by military accounting inspectors. Enterprise managers, as well as regulatory authorities, will receive a clear quantitative assessment tool for the certification and selection of personnel for the positions of military accounting inspectors, which is especially relevant given the large-scale implementation of this position across all enterprises, institutions, and organizations of the state. The study, based on substantiated indicators and criteria for assessing the qualifications of military accounting inspectors and the corresponding mathematical model, developed a calculation method for assessing the quality of performance of labor functions of an enterprise military accounting inspector, an algorithm, and a computer program that allows you to automate the calculation process and reduce the time it takes to complete it.
