System for forming a mechanism for the development of an enterprise’s economic and financial potential in the context of societal intellectualization and digitalization

The article substantiates theoretical provisions for the systematic formation of a developing mechanism the economic and financial potential of an enterprise in the context of societal intellectualization and digitalization. Scientific approaches to defining the essence and structure of enterprise economic potential are analyzed, and an authorial interpretation of this category and its structural components is proposed. The study develops authorial provisions according to which the developing mechanism the economic and financial potential is formed through the synergistic interaction of its financial and economic components, with an emphasis on utilizing the reserves and opportunities generated by intellectualization and digitalization processes. An integrated system for developing the economic and financial potential of an enterprise is proposed, taking into account dynamic societal changes within global digitalization and globalization trends. Key factors influencing the structure of the development mechanism at the stages of formation, identification, and utilization of existing potential are identified. The paper also visualizes an algorithm for the systematic formation of the mechanism for developing the economic and financial potential of an enterprise, which is based on considering influential factors, applying a set of managerial measures to regulate them, improving risk mitigation mechanisms, and enhancing enterprise adaptability in order to achieve sustainable competitiveness. Results. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the systematic formation of a mechanism for developing the economic and financial potential of an enterprise under conditions of intellectualization and digitalization are revealed. The key influencing factors are identified, and the system for forming the development mechanism of enterprise economic and financial potential is visualized.
