DEVELOPMENT OF THE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT

Анотація

The article examines the directions for the development of a digital ecosystem for supporting entrepreneurship. One of the key prerequisites for ensuring sustainable economic development in Ukraine is the formation of an effective entrepreneurial sector integrated into the European and global economic space. In this context, the development of a digital ecosystem for entrepreneurship support becomes particularly important, as it provides access to resources, innovation, and markets through modern digital tools and platforms. This necessitates an in-depth study of the economic essence of entrepreneurship and the transformation of its functioning mechanisms under conditions of digitalization and structural changes in the economy. It is substantiated that digital infrastructure acts as a system-forming factor in the development of entrepreneurship and serves as a key foundation for the formation of a digital ecosystem for business support. Based on the results of empirical analysis (DII, DSI) and structural equation modeling (SEM), a statistically significant positive impact of digital infrastructure on innovation, adaptability, and competitiveness of enterprises has been identified, confirming its decisive role in ensuring the sustainable development of entrepreneurial activity. The results of the SEM analysis revealed the presence of a mediating mechanism within which digital infrastructure influences competitiveness through innovation, and also identified an infrastructure-enhancing effect of automation (DII Ч AAI). This confirms that the effectiveness of implementing complex digital technologies depends on the level of development of the underlying digital infrastructure. The development of a digital ecosystem for entrepreneurship support should be based on a comprehensive infrastructural approach focused on ensuring the integration of digital services, the development of analytical capabilities, and the formation of innovative business models. This justifies the need to move from policies that stimulate individual digital solutions to a systemic policy for the development of digital infrastructure as a critical element of economic resilience and the competitiveness of entrepreneurship.
