The article considers the urgent task of increasing the competitiveness of trade enterprises in the modern market. The authors note that this task is becoming extremely important for domestic entrepreneurs, as competition is intensifying significantly, and the survival of these enterprises requires the improvement of their competitive advantages. The authors also consider the influence of the logistics strategy on the competitiveness of trade enterprises. It is noted that logistics is a key factor in all activities of these enterprises, and the study of this influence helps to develop effective strategies to increase their competitiveness. In the article, the authors also discuss the importance of improving interaction with suppliers and consumers to optimize logistics processes. Better harmonization of specifications and coordination of pricing can reduce costs and make businesses more competitive, it said. In this paper, the authors emphasize the importance of optimizing logistics processes at various stages of the supply chain, including effective inventory and distribution management. It is noted that these processes can significantly affect the competitive advantage of enterprises. Through this article, the authors call on enterprises to provide a high level of service as one of the key components of a competitive strategy, because in modern conditions, service plays an important role in meeting the needs of consumers. It is also noted that logistics can integrate and improve interaction between different functional areas of business, which helps to reduce the cost of products and increase the market position of enterprises. The article concludes with the conclusion that the creation of an effective logistics system helps enterprises to reduce costs and increase profits, as well as to improve service quality and reduce the cost of goods, which are important factors for success in the market.
