Суперечності концепції соціального виключення і включення: вплив соціально-політичного дискурсу на соціологічні теорії (Contradictions of the Concept of Social Exclusion and Inclusion: An Impact of Socio-Political Discourse on Sociological Theories)

Ukrainian Abstract: У статті аналізується концепція соціального виключення (ексклюзії) і соціального включення (інклюзії) і визначаються її протиріччя. На основі робіт Х.Сілвер, Р.Левітас, А. Сена та інших обґрунтовується існування окремої ліній розвитку цієї концепції у межах європейському соціально-політичному дискурсу, яка сформувалась під впливом комунітарно-республіканської, ліберально-інтеграційної і соціалістично-редистрибутивної ідеологій. Доведено, що спільним для цих течій є розуміння сутності соціальної ексклюзії як відносної і багатомірної депривації, а соціального включення як подолання депривації і поновлення соціальних зв’язків. Таке розуміння суперечить поширеній у сучасній соціології тезі про те, що горизонтальні розмежування відіграють більш важливу роль ніж ієрархічні нерівності у суспільстві доби постмодерну. Виділяються існуючи підходи до соціального включення і вказується на їхні евристичні можливості і обмеження. English Abstract: The article provides analysis of the concepts of social exclusion and social inclusion and identifies their contradictions. Based on publications by H.Silver, R.Levitas, A.Sen and others it is argued that a separate line of elaboration of this concept has been formed within European social policy discourse which was influenced by the following ideologies: communitarian-republican, liberal-integrationist, social-redistributionist. It is asserted that all these ideologies share understanding of social exclusion to be relative, relational and multidimensional deprivation and social inclusion to be compensation of deprivation and repair of social bonds. Such understanding is not compatible with a wide-spread notion in contemporary sociology that importance of hierarchical inequalities has been substituted by horizontal differentiation in post-modern society. Existing approaches to social inclusion are highlighted and their heuristical opportunities and limitations are demonstrated.
