e article is devoted to clarify issues related to the methodology of the study of property, the development of theoretical and methodological basis of the practice for the transformation of ownership in the modern Ukrainian economy in transition.e results of the author's research of the institute as a common property resource systems.On the basis of the works of well-known scientists in the eld of theory of property developments and own the problem of collective action.
