Construct of Strategic Resilience of Enterprises in a Polycrisis Environment: An Ecosystem Approach

The article examines the formation of the construct of strategic resilience of enterprises in a polycrisis environment based on an ecosystem approach. It is substantiated that modern business conditions are characterized by the simultaneous impact of security, economic, and institutional crises, which limits the effectiveness of traditional management models oriented toward stability and predictability. The key problem is identified as the lack of an integrated approach to the formation of strategic resilience of enterprises that would take into account their interaction with the territorial, institutional, and socio-economic environment. Using the case of the implementation of the "Odesa 5T" investment strategy, it is demonstrated that ecosystem integration ensures the formation of a shared strategic space in which the goals of business, government, and the community are synchronized, thereby enhancing the adaptability and transformational capacity of enterprises. The key role of institutional trust is identified as a strategic resource that provides access to financial, informational, and partnership opportunities. The analysis of indicator dynamics in 2020–2024 confirms the transition from an adaptive behavioral model to the formation of antifragile management systems. It is established that the cluster structure of the business ecosystem determines the differentiation of resilience manifestations depending on the functional role of enterprises. A conceptual vision of the construct of strategic resilience is proposed as an integrated system of interaction between internal and external development factors.
