MECHANISMS OF PORTFOLIO FORMATION OF PROSPECTIVE BIOSPHERIC COMPATIBLE TECHNOLOGIES IN CONSTRUCTION

Анотація

 ЕКОНОМІКА ПРИРОДОКОРИСТУВАННЯ ТА ОХОРОНИ НАВКОЛИШНЬОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА Humanity has realized long ago that the coordination of efforts to collect, store and process information about the state of the environment is a necessity.Under the patronage of the UN, a concept and program for monitoring and assessing the state of the environment has been developed.Environmental controls are very similar to auditing.The most widespread today is a specialized environmental audit on waste accounting.The priority objective of environmental monitoring and enterprises auditing is to turn waste into resources and reduce their generation.Domestic legislation in this area does not fully or only partially comply with EU requirements.Ukraine needs to move to a new conceptual basis for economic development.Most industries are resourceintensive through direct dependence on the resource base.They are built on the basis of a linear model of the economy.Modernization of the construction industry in Ukraine, which produces significant volumes of residual wastes, is one of the pressing problems.EU directives aim to build a "recycling society".Renewable resource technologies and green energy are in trend.But in such conditions the economic development is difficult to provide.It is difficult to choose a cost-effective technology according to environmental standards for implementation in a particular region without the methodology and tools of environmental and economic analysis.A phased algorithm for the selection and adjustment of decisions on the selection of rational technology is proposed.The promising directions of adaptation to biosphere compatibility have been proposed for the construction industry.One of the directions in the greening of construction technologies is the recycling of building materials and structures.A wider introduction of IT technologies in the process of the object life cycle is proposed: when assessing the state of a construction object in order to extend the life of the facility; when designing the periods of time and scope of modernization, reconstruction, disposal of a construction site; when introducing new concepts during the initial design in order to simplify the modernization, reconstruction, disposal of the construction site.The choice of rational technologies does not depend only on economic choice and environmental restrictions.The social component of humanity, which is responsible for the dictatorship of the proposal and the artificial stimulation of secondary needs, which led to the environmental crisis, must change.
