IMPROVING THE DECISION-MAKING SYSTEM AT HOUSING-COMMUNAL ENTERPRISES OF DONETSK OBLAST

Анотація

Objective to improve the decisionmaking process at the enterprises of housing and communal services through the development of support of decisionmaking system. Methods simulation systemic analysis least squares method dynamics simulation methods. Results the analysis of housing and communal system of Donetsk region allowed to identify high complexity dynamism low formalization of this system and to reveal a number of problems and contradictions in its functioning and management. The effective functioning of the housing and communal services system is important for the regional economy. With the aim of improving the efficiency and controllability of the system the author has developed the system of decisionmaking support enabling to implement an integrated and systematic approach to solving the identified problems. Scientific novelty the system of decisionmaking support for the management of the housing and communal services provider has been developed which implements the authorrsquos model and is based on the use of scenario analysis to improve the quality of managerial decisions. Practical significance the proposed models and methods allow to improve the financial results of activity of housing and communal enterprises by increasing the efficiency of managerial decisions. nbsp
