SELECTIVE ABORTION AS A FORM OF VIOLATION OF WOMEN’S REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS
Анотація
The article raises the question of legal ways to protect women’s reproductive rights when committing an artificial termination of pregnancy by gender. Selective abortion is a social disease that has a long history and is still relevant today. A review of the issue began with a study of the occurrence and development of this phenomenon in Russia and foreign countries. In addition, the causes and consequences of elective abortion are clarified, and ways to deal with them are investigated. Also proposed are measures to improve this situation in Russia and the world.
