Анотація
The section is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the current state of Ukraine's monetary circulation under conditions of digital transformation and the wartime economy.Theoretical and methodological foundations of its functioning, regulatory framework, and key factors influencing the stability of the banking system are highlighted. The purpose.Theoretical and methodological generalization of the principles of organizing and regulating Ukraine's monetary circulation, identification of the challenges of the digital and wartime economy, and formulation of practical recommendations for its optimization.Methodology.The study employs a systemic approach, methods of comparative and structural analysis, statistical generalization of monetary circulation indicators, as well as institutional analysis of the regulatory framework.Results.The findings confirm that the dynamics of Ukraine's monetary circulation in 2015-2025 demonstrated a complex yet adaptive trajectory shaped by internal reforms, external shocks, and transformational processes in the global economy.A comprehensive assessment of macroeconomic indicators, forms of money, and monetary aggregates substantiates the ability of Ukraine's banking system to maintain a strategic orientation toward stability and gradual integration into the European financial space, despite the risks of the wartime economy and global uncertainty.Practical Implications. The results of the study have applied significance for improving Ukraine's monetary policy and optimizing mechanisms of monetary circulation under digitalization and wartime conditions. The proposed recommendations provide opportunities for practical implementation by the National Bank of Ukraine and financial institutions to enhance the regulation of monetary flows, develop cashless payment infrastructure, and strengthen the security of innovative payment instruments. The practical outcomes will contribute to ensuring the resilience of the banking system, reducing inflationary risks, and creating prerequisites for post-war economic recovery and Ukraine's integration into the European financial space.Value / Originality.Based on the results of the study, and considering
