Створення в Національному авіаційному університеті науково-навчальноі бази підготовки фахівців у галузі містобудування

Анотація

Сучасна політична та економічна ситуація в країні потребує підготовки фахівців у галузі будівництва для вирішення більш широкого кола питань, ніж архітектура будівель та споруд аеропортів, дизайн архітектурного середовища аеропортів. Сучасні аеропорти – складні елементи транспортної системи, розвиток яких тісно пов'язаний із вирішенням містобудівних проблем. Мета статті – висвітлити досвід Національного авіаційного університету в створенні науково–навчальної бази підготовки фахівців у галузі містобудування з урахуванням ролі аеропорта як містоформувального підприємства. Наведені результати створення методологічної бази підготовки фахівців, пропозиції щодо розроблення нового навчального плану та об’єднання зусиль та творчого потенціалу декількох структурних підрозділів університету для підготовки спеціалістів відповідного рівня професійної компетентності. Современная политическая и экономическая ситуация в стране требует подготовки специалистов в области строительства для решения более широкого круга вопросов, нежели архитектура зданий и сооружений аэропортов, дизайн архитектурной среды аэропортов. Современные аэропорты – сложные элементы транспортной системы, развитие которых тесно связано с решением градостроительных проблем. Цель статьи – отразить опыт Национального авиационного университета в создании научно-учебной базы подготовки специалистов в области градостроительства с учетом роли аэропортов как градообразующих предприятий. Приведены результаты создания методологической базы подготовки специалистов, предложения по разработке нового учебного плана и объединения усилий и творческого потенциала нескольких структурных подразделений университета для подготовки специалистов соответствующего уровня профессиональной компетентности. The current political and economic situation in the country requires the training of construction specialists to address a wider range of issues than the architecture of airport buildings and structures, the design of the architectural environment of airports. Modern airports are complex systems whose development is closely connected with the solution, first of all, of urban planning problems. Success in the implementation of national programs for the development of regions and airports depends on the availability of specialists of the appropriate level of professional competence, the training of which must be carried out at the National Aviation University. The purpose of the article is to highlight the experience of the National Aviation University in creating a scientific and educational base for training of specialists in urban development, taking into account the role of the airport as a city-forming enterprise. The results of creation of a methodological base of training of specialists in urban planning (urban planning and spatial organization), which are able to solve urban planning problems taking into account technological peculiarities of the organization of processes in airports and aircraft clusters, are presented. These include, first of all, changes in territorial planning and transport infrastructure, transformation of airports into multimodal transport nodes, tendencies and prospects of development of non-aviation activity at airports, needs for creation of urban settlements around airports and transformation of airport macro-environment, provision of sustainable development of tourism, provision of tourism services, components of tourist destinations, etc. Suggestions were made on the development of a new curriculum, taking into account the requirements of the present, the existing world experience in the implementation of the concept "city - airport", the need for approximation of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of certification of aerodromes / airports and the airworthiness of the relevant norms and standards of the European Union, the role of airport development in cities of Ukraine, etc. Suggestions were made to combine the efforts and creative potential of several structural units of the University to train specialists of the appropriate level of professional competence.
