DIVERSIFICATION IN NATURE USE MANAGEMENT AS A STRATEGIC TOOL FOR PROGRAM-TARGETED DEVELOPMENT OF RECREATIONAL TERRITORIES

Анотація

Uneven social, economic and environmental development of Ukraine, increasing man-made load on recreational territories, declining living standards within them inefficient nature management require the choice of strategic priorities to create a strategy of socio-economic and environmental strategy for recreational areas. That`s why we`ve proposed diversification and program-targeted approaches to increase the efficiency of natural use. The survey of the economic category «diversification» showed non-involvement in the variety of its definitions the natural resource component. Thus, for the field of nature use management, the diversification of the natural resources use involves the simultaneous development of various activities aimed at the protection, use, reproduction and restoration of medical, health, tourism and others natural resources, as well as the production of a wider range of goods and services necessary for recreation, treatment and rehabilitation of people in the natural environment. The specificity of the program-target approach in the context of socio-economic and environmental development of the recreational area and diversification of natural resources use is to take into account the characteristics and interests of each of its stakeholders. The main priorities of such a program should be to determine the feasibility of recreational businesses, increase incomes and, consequently, expand the range of recreational and tourist goods and services, attracting investment and increase revenue per capita budget expenditures.
