INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN UKRAINE: OPEN DATA FROM THE UNIFIED STATE ELECTRONIC DATABASE ON EDUCATION, WEB ANALYTICS, AND BUSINESS ANALYTICS TOOLS FOR AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL EDUCATION
Анотація
The study examines innovative approaches to managing educational institutions based on the use of open data, web analytics, and business analytics. It analyzes the role of educational analytics in the digital transformation of Ukraine's education system and identifies the potential of open data from the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE) for strategic management decision-making. Based on data for 2018–2025, the dynamics of demand for agricultural and industrial-metallurgical specialties are studied, a trend of reduction in enrollment is identified, and factors influencing this process are determined. A methodology for competitive analysis of educational institutions' web portals using SimilarWeb, Google, MOZ, Power BI, and Excel tools is proposed. A conceptual model for integrating open data and web analytics into the education management system using a data-driven management approach is substantiated. Practical recommendations are presented for the implementation of digital solutions for the analysis of educational processes that contribute to improving the efficiency of management and development of the agricultural and industrial sectors of education in Ukraine.
